On my way back from Zandvoort today my train was cancelled. I used the extra time to photograph the waiting passengers on the platform.

ZANDVOORT

Today I went to Zandvoort and photographed sand. And some people. And some more sand.

 

IN THE AMERICAN WEST

In fear of repeating myself; it's been quiet on the blog lately (read: dead silent). I've spent a lot of time in the studio doing all kinds of assignments for school. I thought maybe it was about time I showed you some of the results, so here goes.

This photograph was made with a technical camera. The assignment was based on the body of work In the American West by one of my absolute favorite photographers, Richard Avedon. I photographed Michael, who co-runs our school's book binding work space.

Yesterday I started working on a new project for my photo collective. This was my favorite 'victim' of the day.
